Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary due to courier delays, fulfilment delays, stock availability, busy periods, weather events or circumstances outside our control.

To provide reliable delivery, Orvaro may use trusted third-party fulfilment providers, including Amazon Fulfilment (FBA). Your order may therefore be packed and dispatched from one of our authorised fulfilment centres.

Regardless of which fulfilment partner is used, purchases made through www.orvaro.co.uk are sold by Orvaro, and Orvaro remains your point of contact for customer service.

9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, subject to applicable consumer legislation and any exclusions that may apply.

Orvaro also offers a 30-day returns period for eligible unused products in their original condition and packaging, as explained in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the issue.

We may ask for your order number, photographs or other information to help us assess and resolve the issue promptly.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
