What does Orvaro sell?

Orvaro specialises in premium drinkware, bar essentials and luxury gift sets designed for entertaining, gifting and everyday enjoyment.

What is included in the wine chiller gift set?

Our launch gift set includes a premium insulated wine chiller, two insulated tumblers, matching lids and a luxury drawer-style gift box.

How does the wine chiller work?

The wine chiller helps keep your bottle cool while serving. It can be used straight away, but for colder, longer-lasting performance, we recommend placing it in the fridge or freezer before use.

Can the tumblers be used for hot and cold drinks?

Yes. Orvaro insulated stainless steel tumblers are suitable for both hot and cold drinks, unless stated otherwise on the product page or packaging.

Do all Orvaro tumblers have removable stems?

Some Orvaro tumblers are designed with removable stems, allowing them to be used as either stemmed or stemless drinkware. Please check the individual product page for details.

Are Orvaro products dishwasher safe?

We recommend hand washing to preserve the finish, insulation performance and logo detail. Dishwasher use may affect the appearance of the coating over time.

Can I put Orvaro drinkware in the microwave?

No. Stainless steel drinkware must not be used in a microwave, oven or on direct heat.

How should I clean my Orvaro products?

Wash with warm water, mild washing-up liquid and a soft sponge or cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, bleach or harsh chemicals.

Do you offer UK delivery?

Yes. We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Delivery options and costs will be shown clearly at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times are usually 2–4 business days for standard delivery and 1–2 business days for express delivery where available.

Do you use Amazon Fulfilment?

To provide fast and reliable delivery, Orvaro may use trusted fulfilment partners, including Amazon Fulfilment (FBA). Orders placed through www.orvaro.co.uk are still sold by Orvaro, and Orvaro remains your point of contact for support.

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with all original packaging. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

Who pays for return postage?

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the issue. We may ask for your order number, photographs or further details so we can resolve the problem promptly.
