At Orvaro, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely and in perfect condition.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will usually be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Where tracking is available, tracking details will also be provided.

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

Additional delivery locations may be added in the future.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days, where available

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, courier disruption or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs, where applicable, will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.

From time to time, Orvaro may offer free delivery promotions or free standard UK delivery, which may be subject to minimum order values or promotional terms.

Order Fulfilment

To provide fast and reliable delivery, Orvaro may use trusted third-party fulfilment providers, including Amazon Fulfilment (FBA).

Your order may therefore be packed and dispatched from one of our authorised fulfilment centres.

Regardless of which fulfilment partner is used, all purchases made through www.orvaro.co.uk are sold by Orvaro, and Orvaro remains your point of contact for customer service, returns and order support.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

We may ask for your order number, delivery details, photographs or other information to help us resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order.

Orvaro cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to help, but we may be unable to amend an order once it has been processed or dispatched.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may provide instructions for rearranging delivery, collecting the parcel or using a designated pickup location.

Please follow the courier’s instructions promptly to avoid the parcel being returned.

Orders Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to us or our fulfilment partner because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange the next steps.

Additional delivery charges may apply if the order needs to be resent.
