Register Your Orvaro Product

Before You Begin

Have your order number ready if available. If your Orvaro product was received as a gift, you can still complete registration without one.

Product registration helps us provide care guidance and support. It does not affect your statutory rights.

We use your details to register your product and provide warranty support. See our Privacy Policy.

Warranty terms

Orvaro Manufacturer's Warranty

These terms explain what is covered, what is not covered and how to contact Orvaro if you need warranty support.

01

12-month cover

Orvaro products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty beginning on the original date of purchase.

02

Manufacturing defects

The warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship arising during normal domestic use.

03

Proof of purchase

Registration does not replace proof of purchase, and proof of the original purchase may still be required.

04

Statutory rights

This warranty is provided in addition to your legal rights and does not replace, restrict or exclude them.

Warranty Period

Orvaro products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty beginning on the original date of purchase.

A repaired or replaced product or component will remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. Repair or replacement does not restart or extend the warranty period.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship arising during normal domestic use.

  • Failure of the vacuum-insulated construction.
  • Manufacturing defects that affect the normal use of the product.
  • Faulty removable stems supplied with the original product.
  • Faulty lids or closures supplied as part of the original set.
  • Defective joins, seals or components caused by manufacturing.
  • Other faults confirmed by Orvaro to be manufacturing defects.

A reduction in insulation performance must result from a confirmed product defect rather than damage, incorrect use or ordinary wear.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, cosmetic wear, misuse, neglect, failure to follow care instructions, unauthorised repairs, commercial use, products purchased from unauthorised sellers or products for which genuine proof of purchase cannot reasonably be provided.

Scratches, scuffs, fading, discolouration, dents and normal deterioration of coatings, finishes or surface appearance through ordinary use are not normally considered manufacturing defects.

Product Care Requirements
  • Hand wash using warm water, mild washing-up liquid and a soft cloth or sponge.
  • Do not use bleach, abrasive cleaners, scouring pads or harsh chemicals.
  • Do not place the product in a microwave.
  • Do not place the product in a freezer.
  • Clean and dry the product thoroughly after use.
  • Take care when fitting or removing detachable components.
  • Follow any additional care instructions supplied with the product or published by Orvaro.

Failure to follow the supplied care instructions may affect whether damage is covered where that failure caused or contributed to the issue.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a claim, contact support@orvaro.co.uk.

Please provide your full name, registered email address where applicable, order number or proof of purchase, purchase date, retailer or marketplace, product type and colour, a clear description of the issue and clear photographs or video showing the fault.

Do not return a product unless Orvaro has asked you to do so and provided return instructions.

How We Resolve Valid Claims

Where a valid warranty claim is approved, Orvaro may provide a replacement component, repair or replace the affected item, replace the complete product where appropriate, offer a comparable alternative if the original product is no longer available or provide another reasonable remedy agreed with the customer.

Orvaro will choose a remedy that is reasonable and proportionate to the confirmed fault. Replacement products or components may differ slightly in colour, finish or appearance because of production changes or availability.

Products Received as Gifts

Gift recipients may register the product and make a warranty claim.

Proof of the original purchase may still be required. The warranty period begins on the original purchase date, not the date on which the gift was received.

Duplicate Registrations

Duplicate registrations do not create multiple warranties and do not extend or restart the warranty period.

Where possible, Orvaro may use the most recent submission to correct or update the contact details connected with the product.

Replacement Parts

Lost or accidentally damaged removable stems, lids and other accessories are not normally covered by the warranty unless the issue resulted from a manufacturing defect.

Replacement components may be available separately. Contact support@orvaro.co.uk with a photograph of your product, the product colour, the component required and your delivery address.

Proof of Purchase

Acceptable proof of purchase may include an Orvaro order confirmation, an Amazon order confirmation showing the product and seller, a receipt from an authorised retailer, a gift receipt or other reasonable evidence showing when and where the product was purchased.

Registration confirmation alone may not be sufficient proof of purchase.

Your Statutory Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to your legal rights and does not replace, restrict or exclude them.

Under UK consumer law, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. You may have rights against the retailer even after this manufacturer's warranty has expired or where an issue is not covered by this warranty.

Product registration is not required for you to exercise your statutory rights.

Privacy and Registration Data

Personal information submitted during registration or a warranty claim will be processed in accordance with Orvaro's Privacy Policy.

Information may be used to maintain registration records, verify purchases, assess warranty claims, communicate about product support, arrange repairs, returns or replacements and prevent fraudulent or duplicate claims.

Registration does not automatically provide consent for marketing communications. Marketing consent must be requested separately.
