Care Instructions
To keep your Orvaro drinkware looking beautiful and performing at its best, please follow the care guidance below.
Before First Use
Wash each item thoroughly before first use using warm water, mild washing-up liquid and a soft sponge or cloth.
Dry fully before storing or using.
Cleaning
Hand wash only with warm water and mild washing-up liquid.
Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, bleach or harsh chemicals, as these may damage the finish.
Drying
Dry immediately after washing with a soft cloth to help maintain the premium finish.
Do not leave items soaking for long periods.
Dishwasher Use
We recommend hand washing to preserve the finish, insulation performance and logo detail.
Dishwasher use may affect the appearance of the coating over time.
Using the Wine Chiller
Your Orvaro wine chiller can be used straight away to help keep your bottle cool while serving.
For colder, longer-lasting performance, we recommend placing the wine chiller in the fridge or freezer before use.
Using Your Drinkware
Some Orvaro tumblers are designed with removable stems, allowing them to be used as either elegant stemmed drinkware or contemporary stemless tumblers.
If your product includes removable stems, attach and remove them carefully. Do not overtighten.
Temperature Guidance
Orvaro insulated stainless steel tumblers are suitable for both hot and cold drinks, unless stated otherwise on the product page or packaging.
Do not use stainless steel drinkware in a microwave, oven or on direct heat.
Storage
Store clean and dry with lids removed or loose to allow airflow.
Keep away from sharp objects that may scratch the finish.
