Returns & Refund Policy

At Orvaro, we're committed to providing premium products and exceptional customer service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Returns must be authorised before being sent. We'll provide instructions for returning your order once your request has been approved. Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong product, contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the issue so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used unless they are faulty.

Personalised or custom-made items are also non-returnable unless faulty.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different colour or product, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
